The Nortel Ethernet Routing Switch 1600 (Passport line) is the entry level boundry switch. It is non-stackable; but, available in three models. The Passport switches are designed for the mid sized to large enterprises that requires an enterprise capable switch to serve as the backbone feeding all other distributed switches.
