Financing plan available "99/99" Program for DW-R:

  • Initial Fee $99.99
  • Monthly total for first 15 months: $99.99/Month
  • 15 month service commitment required: $300 service termination fee.
  • Cancellations after 1 month, before 15 months: $400 hardware termination fee.
  • After 15 months monthly cost will be in accordance with the then-current monthly rate plan.
Rule of thumb: 1 active user requires 500Kbps downlink.

Service Plans SW-* require the use of a residential phone line for the uplink path. This dial-up path generally averages around 20Kbps and is more than sufficient for a single user browsing the internet as nearly all traffic is over the downlink. If the user consistently transfers large files up to the internet then a 2-way system such as the DW-R service plan should be investigated. If the user is reliant upon VPN or VOIP then the SW-* service plans may be a better choice as they do not suffer the full terrestrial delay problems associated with any 2-way service plan.
